The hot chocolate was perfect and the no turkey cranberry and stuffing toastie was so good 🤤
I totally understand the safety precautions due to Covid19, but it is very rude to give people a lecture on how to properly wear a face mask. It was done in a patronising manner, with customers around. Needless to say - very embarrassing. Add insult to injury, the employee himself has been seen taking his mask off twice. We were then pointed to the door. A gestapo like experience. Culprit: a male employee, doing a shift at 14:00 on 28/11/20.
Service was amazing! There was even a right fussy older woman in front of me in the queue, that had never ordered a drink that probs wasn't a glass of wine or cup of tea before, but the barista took the time to get it just right for her
Brilliant apart from the size of the marshmallows 😂 they used to be big now there nearly the size of mini ones
