The staff at the West bridgeford Costa Coffee were very welcoming and polite. The service was excellent and the cappuccino was perfect thank you
I joined the masked Covid coffee queue at Costa Coffee, I normally go to Cafè Nero, up the Avenue. This line was shorter so we opted for Costa. I gave Costa 3 stars, coffee okay, would have been 4 stars but, the two servers seemed unhappy today, well a little miserable. Next time I'm sure they will be happy and smiling serving okay coffee.
Counter service was bad otherwise it was alright.
Service should be given same to all customers as we were treated differently
