We had a terrible experience with the Swift manfield locksmiths. They fixed our lock only for it to break two weeks later. They were extremely rude when we rang them about fixing it as well, not turning up when promised and treating us as if it was our fault when we rang back to rearrange as we had an appointment so couldn't wait for them any longer. This locksmith turned up half an hour after I called him, was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Charged more than the other locksmith but worth every single penny as we got more keys for the lock, some care product to treat all the doors in the house with and a quality lock for our door which required a custom one to be ordered. I can't recommend this service enough. Extremely happy and relieved.
