Fantastic products and lovely customer service, will definitely be back!
I came into the Nottingham store today to purchase some items for my new born daughter and something for my wife, when I was at the till I explained that I had a recent new born and the staff were very friendly, however once my cousin came in the attention suddenly went straight to her (even though the first thing she said was that it wasn't her daughter) and throughout the remainder of the visit every comment about the product range offering and what they did was directed at my cousin they even asked my cousin how my wife was doing and I felt cast aside as the babies father like I didn't matter which didn't make me feel great as I have already experienced bad stereotyping within the five days of being a father. I would like to shop here again but would have to bring the wife to feel like a valued customer I reckon. If im truly honest I nearly walked out because of this but my cousin felt the same and left the shop to wait outside whilst I finished my purchase.
