A great experience at the Oliver Bonas store in West Bridgford today. The candle range made it smell heavenly and there was a good selection of the range and sizes available. Found a beautiful dress, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Left feeling very happy with my purchase and visit. Only improvement would be regarding the changing room that was a little sparse and needed a quick dust and clean.
I love Oliver Bonas and often shop in many your stores... but wow... the lack of customer service from your employees at the Nottingham West bridgford store is unbelievable. Some training needed I feel.
