I accidentally booked the wrong date online, called the salon and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! When I arrived for my appointment they greeted me by name and the whole appointment was professional, efficient and high quality. I love the cut (and the price!) and I've already booked my next appointment online. Excellent all round 😊

Definitely recommend. Julia's been cutting and colouring my hair for several years, and I'm always happy with it - she makes it much easier to manage than most other hairdressers. Always a good atmosphere and cheerful company too, even at the end of a long day 😀.

I have been going to Polka Dots since it opened as have my children - who absolutely love their visits too. From the very first haircut I was hooked. I have NEVER had a long term hairdresser before because I was so unhappy with the way my thick hair was always layered and razored. Julia totally understands your hair type and is such a skilled and experienced technician. The whole team there are so lovely and it’s such a friendly, fun and happy place to be. Kim is amazing as well. Everyone is so inclusive and the products are all top notch. I have so many compliments about my hair colour too. If you want a haircut you will absolutely love and some fun along the way - this is the salon of choice without a shadow of a doubt... thank you x

Lovely salon. Warm and friendly welcome. Very professional. Had highlights, cut and wash n blow dry with Kim. Very pleased with results. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend, Kim did my colour hair just perfect , as the haircut of my daughter. Julia is very friendly as well, making sure you are comfortable. I’ll repeat soon . Thanks
