Had a really nice system in terms of serving through a qr code system. Pimms were great, expresso martini not so great but overall a positive impression. The only thing I found a little bit disappointing was the fact that non of the servers or bartenders were wearing a mask. But they were super sweet and lovely people

Delectable hot chocolate, a yummy avocado on toast and helpful staff made my experience at the Jam Factory quite pleasant indeed. The food tastes quite British, but with the help of a salt shaker and a nice bit of hot sauce I enjoyed every bite. Kudos to the staff for keeping it handy for flavour cravers like myself.

During lockdown they've overhauled the decor here and it's now got a light clean fresh look. They are currently (Sept 2020) operating an order from table through your phone using a QR code type system which works well. I love the relaxed ambience of this place.
