After an operation on my shoulder I struggled to recover with various physio treatment. Then I went to see Martin and the knowledge and detail he went into to help me recover was immense. Martin is a very experienced specialist who got to the nub of my muscle problem with startling accuracy. Lovely manner, doesn't talk down to you and explains things in clear understandable language. It's the second time I have sought him out and once again he nailed it. Highly recommended!

I had been suffering with serious shoulder pain for about 4 months, which severely restricted my arm movement. I saw Martin and within a matter of a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem and recommended several exercises to help free the joint. Within a few days of doing these exercises, i gained more movement of the arm and the pain dissipated. After about 2 weeks, 95% of the pain had gone and I regained almost full movement of the arm. A further 2 weeks on and the pain has gone and I can now move my arm fully without pain. Martin is, without doubt an absolute specialist in the field of shoulder ailments and is the right chap to see if you have a shoulder pain or injury.

I took my fighter Blayne Armitage to see Martin about 6 months ago with a shoulder that continually kept dislocating during training ! After several visits and some exercises to do at home Blayne’s shoulder has been perfect saving him surgery and allowing him to continue his fighting career ! We can highly recommend Martin !
