I sustained an ankle fracture when playing football a few years back and have been having problems since. I have had a few private physio sessions with Anthony and already I am noticing the improvement when playing football and going for jogs. The service was excellent, very professional and would highly recommend their service to anyone.
Being a long time sufferer of lower back issues and also an ankle injury from football I found Anthony is always willing to help and resolves the problem. Since having a couple appointments with him I’ve not looked back and my issues have reduced significantly.

Being in my second trimester of pregnancy I have been struggling a lot with back aches and pain. Anthony provided a thorough assessment and treatment of my back and delivered an excellent sports massage to help alleviate my symptoms. He also supplied an home exercise programme to strengthen my back to provide more support for the extra weight being carried on the front! Would highly recommend!
Can highly rate Rob for a home sports massage. Really great deep tissue sports massage that works into the aching muscles; after exercise or a week of being hunched up at work. Excellent!
I thoroughly recommend Martynas. He provided both immediate therapy and a plan to fix my rotator cuff long term. He has also provided valuable phone advice for my chronic golfers elbow which is now improving. Thanks.
