Kerstine is great. I've had a sports bra fitting and gait analysis with her. It made me realise that physiotherapy isn't just for when you are injured. I would certainly recommend dropping in to she what she can do for you. I also visited Kerstine after I injured my knee in a fall. My GP put me on the list for NHS physio, however I had restricted movement and was in pain so made an appointment with Kerstine for the following day. After an assessment and follow up sessions over a few weeks I have full movement and minimal pain - still waiting to hear about the NHS physio appointment. To get my life back was certainly worth the cost of the appointments.

Absolutely brilliant. I visited Kerstine with pain in my knees. She showed me some simple exercises, gave me some pointers on my running style and gait and within 6 weeks i am now pain free. Very knowledgeable lady and so easy to talk with. Thank you

I have been to Kerstene several times. She listens, checks and diagnoses problems. Suitable exercises are given and she never tries to make you have extra sessions if they are not needed. Also used her for a bra fitting which was excellent. Highly recommended.

Kerstine listened, asked questions, and took notes whilst I bombarded her with info about a painful knee that I'd been suffering from for over a year. After literally few days of doing the exercises she had prescribed, the knee pain had gone. I'm so grateful to Kerstine for taking the pain away, she even threw in some running tips! I cannot recommend her enough!
