I've been seeing Rob to support with rehabilitation of my knee after sustaining a ligament issue playing football. Rob has been very knowledgeable and was able to explain the anatomy of the different ligaments surrounding my knee in language that allows me to understand my issue. Knowing the cause of my injury helps me understand when Rob suggests exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles. Overall, he has been very professional while maintaining his good sense of humour, helping create a relaxing environment during my rehabilitation process.

Thanks to Ryan Bartlett the physiotherapist at Adams House Sandiacre for his patience. After a car accident with shoulder and a knee injury I was referred to Ryan who straight away knew what my injuries were. After 5/6 weeks knee injury 90% better, few weeks later shoulder 75%. Big thanks to Ryan for the help. Shall certainly recommend Ryan.

I damaged a muscle in my right shoulder/neck after a car hit the right side of my car. I got referred to Ryan for physio therapy, although the sessions sometimes hurt when my shoulder was massaged it really helped! My shoulder is now much better and I can now carry out everyday activities usually without pain! Well worth it!

I was referred after a road collision Ryan was very thorough, competent and professional in his approach and management of my injuries. I have just completed my sixth and final session and would have no hesitation in either returning there myself or recommending this clinic. Well done Ryan

I recently injured my lower back/glute and have been visiting Ryan for the past 6 weeks. Very professional, friendly and explains what's happening in my body and how the treatment will help alleviate my symptoms. Still having sessions and I'm well on my way to full recovery. I've no doubt it's down to working with him. Highly recommended.
