Dropped off my suit for dry cleaning prior to an important overseas business trip at 0930 on a Mon and was told it would be ready by Fri/Sat. Went to pick up the suit on the Sat morning to find that it wasn't ready. The lady asked for my telephone number and said the owner would call in the afternoon when the suit was ready, I didn't receive the call. Called in on the bank holiday Monday and found that it was open but the suit had still not been cleaned. Apparently this was due to a huge backlog. This level of service is both extremely poor and disappointing, had I been told of the backlog I could have taken my dry cleaning somewhere else, instead I now have dirty suit and no time to fix. I would strongly advise to use a different company as I will be in future.
