Absolutely vile service! NO ONE should spend their money here I cannot believe the way they treat their customers, Sheetal lacks basic threading skills whereby the thread kept snapping and then she put a massive chunk in my brows! Furthermore, as beautician you should be presentable and have hygiene, when doing my eyebrows she stank so badly of BO i wanted to vomit through my mask- i cannot believe they have so many positive reviews I AM horrified, never coming here again!

Me and my friend visited this salon after seeing an article in the Oxford Mail and we thought we would give it a go...honestly absolutely horrified. This place should be shut down, the manager sheetal is disgustingly rude and the way she gives facials I felt like my skin was burning off! All she wants is your money and doesnt give a toss about customer care! I didnt even bother complaining because her customer service is as bad as her skin!

So my girlfriend went in to get her makeup done for her birthday and you can see why this was a joke shop before because she came out looking like an absolute clown! Honestly as a man I was horrified by what they did to her face and the next day she broke out with really bad acne! when my girlfriend complained to Sheetal she was vile and was convinced the makeup looked fine- how can orange foundation 10 darker then your skin look fine!! They also used dirty makeup brushes on my girlfriends face which is probably why she broke out so badly. Vile Manager and Vile service!! Should be shut down!!!!

I had a lash lift done here yesterday and I was disappointed by the result. I have had lash lifts done elsewhere in the past, which I have been happy with. Instead of creating a natural curve, my lashes now look like they are sticking up, and the ends are not curled. I also asked for a lighter colour for the last tint as I am quite fair, but the consultant insisted that a very dark colour is better. The lash lift brand advertised on the website was not the one they were using. I also felt like the process of application was quite abrasive and rough as very sticky tapes were applied under my eyes, which hurt quite a lot when removed. The price of the services was lower than I have paid before, but perhaps this is why. The consultant and other staff were friendly, but perhaps they should stick to providing the services they are skilled at.

Experience was absolutely awful shetal is very unprofessional very rude and just came across awfully disrespectful she has no people skills avoid and spend your money elsewhere. She needs to be closed down
