Most painful body waxing ever done. I was not in any particular phase of my menstrual period that could have affected this and also I was not on any medication or I did not have any specific medical condition. It took a hour and a half for only a full leg and extended bikini. On the phone they claimed they use hard wax for the bikini but the beautician only used it for the bottom while she used strips for the rest of it: it was really painful. She claimed she would do small straps to make me suffer less since i was in pain but obviously that just made the situations worse. If I did not tell her she would have forgotten to do the front of the second leg, also since she did not plan for it she was clearly in a hurry at the end, which to be honest at least made the treatment a bit less painful since she would be quicker and do bigger straps. It is now one day after the treatment and I have hairs on my legs: I did not shave in a while (more than a month) so clearly it was not a matter of too short hairs to pull but a matter of an unprofessional job. Sometimes she would pull the hair in the wrong direction too, creating extreme discomfort and not even pulling them out properly. I also did a luxury pedicure, but clearly the beautician was in a hurry so I kept the heated boots on only for 5 minutes (not exaggerating, literally she counted 5 clock minutes) and the massage up to the knee never happened. I heard she had an appointment at 13 and that is when my treatment finished (really convenient right if she did not rush it). I will never go back.

Clean, professional and friendly. I had a back massage with almond oil, which was very relaxing. Didn't like though that for the last 5 minutes the oil dried out, so it became a bit uncomfortable.

Came here for a laser treatment a week ago..1)not only was the woman late( so I felt she didn't take the time to do things right because she was in a rush) so I felt uncomfortable about that but, 2) I really disliked how she pulled on my skin to "clean" the area. I think that coming from a place where I expected practitioners to know more about skin, pulling on skin like that is harsh on it. Please tell them to be more gentle. 3) I guess because the woman treating me was in a rush that she wanted to get over it quickly because at the beginning she started with a high voltage for the laser and it hurt more than it should have, it wasn't bearable after 2 tries, so she then lower the intensity because it was too much. 4) Of course they are going to expect me to book 6 more appointments for laser because surprise( they only sparely treated my area). They didn't say/state that anywhere so I felt robbed. I thought that the only reason for coming back was because it takes time for hair to stop growing there so I would obviously need more sessions but, no, it's because they purposely left places to not treat. Waste of my money. I left angry and not coming back or recommending it

First time ear piercing! Not painful at all. No inflammation in 2 months’ time. Really professional service!! Would definitely recommend it!
