Georgia at the Benefit in Boots Oxford was super lovely and made the experience so great! She knew loads about the products and showed me how to use them but I never felt like I was being given the hard sell to purchase anything I didn't want or need. She managed brilliantly with the new Covid restrictions in place and made me feel totally at ease and gave me the perfect brow wax and tint that I was after! After a less than satisfactory experience at another Benefit branch I will definitely be returning to get my brows done by Georgia as she so was brilliant! The price of the services offered on the counter are pricey, but Benefit is a premium beauty brand so it is to be expected. Would 100% recommend!
