Amy always accommodates you for an appointment even if they are busy. I get to chose my nail colour and design. They have all the latest trends to choose from! They value their customers, and as you can imagine do get some difficult people to deal with but show them the same respect. I always love my new nails and would not go to another salon in Oxford!

Amazing set, the precision of the nail techs here really give me an apreciation for the carft. I especially apreciated the effort made to comunicate knowing that many of them dont speak english as a first language. The time efficiency really helped too as i didnt have much time, would recomend. And coming back soon!

I have very mixed opinions about this place from one good experience and one awful one. The first time I went was really good. The customer service was amazing by this teenage girl who was really friendly, and the guy doing my nails was excellent, he shaped and put gel colour on them really nicely. The second time was pretty awful - the woman doing it this time was very unfriendly and showed zero interest in engaging with conversation with me, basically ignored anything I said but spent the whole time chatting to her colleague. However, what bothered me a lot more was that she didn't shape my nails in the shape I asked for (almond), and when I asked her to redo a couple she got a bit sulky about it and proceeded to shape them badly again. Finally, when she put my nails in acetone to take off the previous polish, I had a scar on one of my fingers that hurt a lot when it touched the acetone, which I told her. I asked for some water to clean it and she ignored my request and later pushed my finger back into the acetone which was quite painful. Overall a bit of a disappointing experience which I thought wasn't caring or professional. So I'll take the average of a good experience and a horrible one and give it 3 stars overall. Obviously it really depends on who you get here, so it's a bit of a risky venture.

Highly recommend!! They have a huge range of colors and service to choose from, staffs are super friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to the shop next time!

I had a very good experience with Amy Nails, I received amazing service, the staff were very friendly and my nails were exactly what I asked for. They lasted very long and were great quality. I am a regular customer here as my nails always turn out perfect and the staff are very welcoming.
