I went to Bubbal for a full body Swedish massage and a foot massage and I enjoyed every second of it. The service didn’t at all feel rushed, and I left feeling extremely relaxed.

Went to the one in Witney, the owner was quite nice and friendly and the service was quick and efficient. She didn’t take too much time to really ask how I wanted my brows to be and didn’t communicate much during the process of shaping. When I looked at how they turned out, they were a bit too thin and she took too much off the top and bottom. Bummer because now I have to grow them back out again. I’ll still go back but just need to be more articulate in the communication aspect of the treatment.

Asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and she trimmed half the end off of one and the shapes aren't even. The other girl in the shop suggested tinting them to make it look better and she said that was a different treatment. She wasn't even apologetic. My eyebrows looked better before I went in and I'm going to have to sort them out myself at home.

Awful. Horrible. My worst facial experience ever. Totally unprofessional staff. I booked my appointment a month in advance and they made me wait for an hour. No apologies for the delay. The worst part was the facial experience. She obviously had no experience, she pressed on my eyes several times so I interrupted the treatment, but they made me pay anyway. Surrealistic! I had a headache for the rest of the day because of the pressures on my eyes. Don't waste your time. Don't pay to obtain an awful experience that will stay in your mind forever.

I booked a gel removal and pedicure using Treatwell. I arrived early and the people there had no idea what Treatwell was, let alone the fact that I had made a booking to begin with. They also told me that they only took cash... I kindly went down the street to get cash from an ATM and then returned to sit and wait in line as the only woman on duty tended to another client. I waited and waited and waited, and finally they began my treatment. The woman that was on duty had no idea how to remove gel nails and wasted at least 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do. Then a younger woman who seemed to know what was going on a little more took over... alas, she also wasn't able to take off my gel pedicure, probably because the quality of their polish remover was so cheap. The woman kept scraping at my nails really aggressively, it was so painful. I just told her to stop and left. NEVER going back.
