Coles were absolutely wonderful during the pre planning of both my parents funerals and upon the sudden passing of my dad. The care, compassion and kindness shown to all the family especially my mum was indescribable. Steven Long was so caring and attentive, it made a very sad day more bearable and I would highly recommend the company, they go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met.

Coles Funeral Directors were excellent in carrying out my mothers funeral.Their professionalism and care taken and attention to detail to ensure everything went smoothly was exceptional. Sadly this is the fourth time we have had to use their services in the last ten years,but each time they have carried out the family's wishes to the letter and helped us through what is a stressful time.A special mention to Angela Thomas for her help and support and promptness in dealing with our requests.The neighbours who were outside my Mums house remarked how dignified and smart all the staff were .Thank you also for the mints and tissues,much appreciated.
