An excellent service from James and the team at Tovey Brothers. They were so support,sensitive and respectful overseeing our mum's recent funeral during the current Covid climate and restrictions. We have always used Toveys for our family funerals and they have always done us proud. The most recent was my mum, whose funeral was during the lockdown. Despite this we gave her a wonderful send-off...even the weather was kind. Tovey's made sure I had everything I wanted and were very organised. Everything went like clockwork. They treated my mum with respect and were very caring towards me. They have even contacted me since the funeral to ask if I was okay and if there was anything they could do to help in any way. Fantastic firm, I hope they keep going for many years....long enough to organise mine when I eventually go.
Superb warm and friendly service following the recent death of my dear Mother in Law. Excellent advice given particularly that of using a Celebrant to conduct the service. With only my wife and I attending,the emotions would have been too great for us otherwise. A very professional company and our grateful thanks again to James and his team.
A difficult day and period for us made so much easier by the care, attention and detail of the all round service provided by the staff / people at Tovey Bros. The staff, and in particular James, went the extra mile to ensure a difficult day was conducted in the most respectful and serene manner. Tovey Bros left nothing to chance in organising every aspect of the funeral service which in itself was undertaken with the utmost respect and professionalism by the entire team; for which I am truly thankful.
