The guys from Cooksons were amazing. Arrived within the time scale they quoted which was for me within an hour. They asked me in detail what the issue was and then talked me through each stage of the repair, what they were doing and why. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.
Brilliant and very patient locksmiths. Installed a Yale smart lock for me (those things are renowned to be really tricky) and it worked with all the tags, they have also explained it step by step to me. Highly recommend them . They also provide a very reasonable fee for their work .
My French doors wouldn't lock one evening. I phoned in the evening and I got a really helpful service and got the appropriate advice to make my house secure for the night. Cooksons arrived the next day promptly at the time they said they would arrive and fixed the lock as good as new. Honest people, a pleasure to deal with, thank you, Lisa.

Fast, efficient and very friendly service. Did a really good job, to high a standard and provided good advice on keeping our propertry secure following a break-in. There was an issue with the lock that was fitted (completely a manufacturer's issue and not Cookson's), which was addressed and rectified immediately. Would highly recommend.
