Was supposed to be picking up a van Saturday morning. They called me late on Friday the day before to say the van wasn't available. Best they could offer was a smaller van late in the day on Saturday. They offered a small discount, which will barely cover the extra fuel for the extra trip I'll have to make, never mind the time for the 4 hour round trip. As it was so late I couldn't find a van from any other company, so was forced to accept the difficult situation they'd put me in.
Great company, I have used them many times over the last few years. Sometimes I've gotten a free upgrade to a better car! Staff are always extremely friendly and professional.
Nice new van however you can tell the team there are trained to fleece the customers. They try and sting you for the tiniest of marks especially on the tyres. Be warned! Customer service 2/10

I have used Enterprise at Botley often over the past year, because I have chosen not to own a car and they are nearby. I use normal hires not the car club, because this fits my pattern of use. They are straightforward calm and efficient. The various staff have always been helpful and positive. I would not hesitate to use them.
