Terrible customer services there. One of their employees was very rude and unfriendly. I would certainly never use this branch again. I have used other branches and services was spotless and perfecr but this particular branch has zero customers services.

DEBIT CARD OWNER, RUN AWAY! I booked a while ago a car for this weekend, as I usually do. I’ve received a call less than 2 days before the pick up, asking if I’ll pay by debit or credit car. I’ve always paid my previous rental with them with a debit card, I just needed to bring a proof of address along. But they basically told me that they’re cancelling my booking because the new policy of the company is to refuse debit card payments. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I booked, I was always fine to pay with a debit card until now and the best part, they warned me at the very last minute. I’ve insisted as I’m a regular customer and it was too short notice to rent another car or to try to get a credit card. I’ve booked several attractions for the weekend which are non-refundable, so I explained to them that I was stuck without the car. They cancelled my booking anyway. Really a shame, so debit card owner, be careful, don’t rent with Enterprise from now!

Absolutely first class!. Superb service from very knowledgeable staff. From initial booking; to collection; to the return of the vehicle....a perfect experience. The Fiesta that I hired, was a pleasure to drive. I am more than happy to use the company again, & to strongly recommend to others. Thank you Enterprise.

Friendly customer focused staff, not to expensive, I'd say realistic prices, good quality cars. Absolutely recommended. Had only positive experience so far.
