2 days ago I went in this shop only one member of staff on duty I’ve tried to give her some feedback about a pair of shoes I’d bought 4 weeks previous and how the soles had worn down very quickly and that I had had a nasty fall in the shoes and that shoes should not wear out that quickly. She’s then lectured me that all shoes wear out not even considering what I’d said about how they had worn out in just 4 weeks. I didn’t want a refund or anything I was merely trying to tell her something about said footwear. Very uncaring and customer unfriendly. Maybe the lady in question is in the wrong job and should consider another career path as customer service is definitely not suited to an attitude like that.

Had to put 1 star couldn't put 0 very rude women at the counter wouldn't have her work for me.
Went into shop Wed ,but didnt have the boots i usually buy. Julie went out of her way to check if held in another store, so i ordered two pairs which were delivered for free on Fri!! Brilliant service, thanks very much .
Specifically wanted wellie boots in a certain size and I rang up prior to going and the woman on the phone was very helpful. In store I needed to try several different sizes and they were very good about running upstairs a lot for me! Very friendly and great prices
