Absolutely brilliant service! had a decent size dent on the boot lid of my Ford Fiesta but John was able to fix it within minutes. Highly recommend!

Don’t get a lot of time to post reviews, but when businesses go above and beyond, it needs mentioning! My treasured little Mini Cooper s,(not wort a lot, but means a lot to me) Was hit in the side and had a fair bit of body work damage! Rang these guys, and well! They just took over by arranging collection on the day, quote within 24 hrs! And they sorted all with insurance on my behalf! But the best part was, they contacted me daily, to discuss options on genuine parts, to check if I was happy with price, and to offer alternatives if needed! How many companies would do that? I had video and photo up dates of the various stages of repair and lead times on waiting parts! Amazing! Made me think about my own service levels in my business! But the icing on the cake, they delivers it back to my house, and she was on the drive waiting for me! But get this! Valeted, inside and out! The whole car!!!! Not just the repair that looked amazing, can’t tell it was ever damaged!Air freshener! The full works! Thank you so much, I deal with a lot of different businesses and never have I had exceptional service like this! Now taking my work vehicles there! 😀😀

just wanted a quote, questioned why I wanted work done, apparently car not worth it. Told him id only had it a month and what I paid for it. Inferred I had been ripped off as car should be written off. Told him it was a local dealer , he just got ruder and more aggressive. I asked him why he was being like this, that I didn't need his opinion just a quote. He'd been in car business for x amount of years, he knew cars, i had been duped. I bet the well respected witney dealer might disagree. And I had checked what I should be paying using auto trader and rac sites.. he got ruder i got upset he hung up. Looking at other reviews here, I find it hard to believe everyone leaves 5 star glowing reviews

My car was repaired by Accident Soultion after being hit by another car. John came out shortly after the incident occurred to check over the car and damage. Within a week my car had been repaired and the repairs look fantastic. I highly recommend their services, it was quick, friendly and a high standard of work.
