Absolutely A1! A very professional service from Andy when he remapped my Mercedes CLC for me. He took the time to explain everything he was doing which most definitely puts your mind at rest when dealing with your pride and joy. The car has been transformed and in my opinion it is what it should always have been like. I would recommend this company to everyone. If only all companies were as polite and professional as this! If I get another car I would not hesitate to use again and will be recommending to all friends and family. Thanks again Andy

Andy was punctual and great at explaining the process, start to finish. The service felt very professional. The map he installed has transformed what I thought was already a quick car, and taken it to a whole new level. It is much more responsive and boosts harder for longer. On the flip-side it has also given me a good 10mpg more when driven sensibly. I would 100% recommend BGM.

Andy was ace told me what to expect and what I would see differences in was very punctual and polite and had even contacted me to confirm everything 48 hours before brilliant service performed and car feels totally different would highly recommend a1 service
