Made an appointment online and payed, arrived a few minutes before the time requested. Only to find they were closed. What a waste of my time and energy. Please keep your money in your pocket and go to a garage who are customer focused.
I booked my car in for the free diagnostic appointment to get pre-MOT advice. Cannot recommend the team at Witney highly enough.
They gave me an honest appraisal of what would be needed. They gave me fair advice as to the costs, and went above and beyond to repair certain parts rather than replace.

ridiculous
Came in on the day to check tyres after recommendation from an earlier MOT check. Despite being very busy, they fit me in and were able to change two tyres within a couple of hours. Very professional, not pushy re: sales, and good social distancing measures in place
Awesome staff, excellent price and great timely repair. Would definitely use again. Very pleasant reception and very friendly helpful staff
