Needed a punctured tyre replaced ,went to the website and booked an appointment for the next day,website and booking process was simple. Arrived for my appointment , got the tyre sorted.The whole experience was hassle free due the website and also the professional ,polite service from the staff.Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my van. I called them, luckily they had a quiet spot and drove up the Botley Road to help me. Good guy diagnosed it at roadside and got it started! They fixed it that very afternoon within hours!!! Great garage and owner!!!!

HI. I don't have a words to describe a unacceptable service from this garage. I was there to change both track rod end and Wheel alignment, And I notice a unpleasant surprise, I been charged for both track rod ends but actually they replace just one side and when it looking under my car clear you can see the difference, don't match, rubber it's on different color one orange the onother one it's silver, the nuts left side are visible rusting, and dirty,. The wheel alignment have been done very poor, the car is pulling to the left badly. I will attach a picture for everyone to see and be aware, because the staff it's very friendly and polite and you may think they done a good job for you, but actually they done half of the job, and just charge you, special for old people, Lady, and for everyone else, who don't know anything about cars , and never thinking to check what they done. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be ripped off. Was many people before me, but never find out, because they trust what they been told, and just paid for the service.
