Had a great experience with these guys. They gave me a quick free verbal quote and left me to decide without pressure from Nick. I needed my front bumper resprayed after someone scraped it. After deciding to go with them because of the friendly service I recieved, I got my car booked in for the following week. The bumper looks great and took a day and a bit to do. Really happy with the service and the result. I would definitely recommend.
I used Humphries for an accident repair report through my insurer. I found them to have great communication, helpful staff and a top quality service. Having read their reviews I noted a few poor ones 2yrs ago mainly over communication. I am lead to believe there has been a change of staff since, which has resolved any issues. I found them friendly and Nick went out of his way to assist/advise me, even though the car ended up being written off and they got no further work from me. Due to work commitments they collected the car from my work, and updated me twice on their arrival time. The car was later returned at the agreed time.
Really friendly service, and prices aren't too bad, pretty good, they changed my windshield wipers in a matter of 15 seconds. Amazing and fast service.
Cant comment on pricing as my insurance company paid for everything. But otherwise very happy with repair work. Staff were friendly and offered a drop off and collection service (even though I live a fair way out of town). Repair work took a few weeks but this was during the covid outbreak so cant complain. Great to support a local independent business.
Excellent service received. Great communication. Car returned looking like new inside and out. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and professional team.
