ANDY - WITNEY ARGOS. He went above and beyond for me today! Went in as I'd ordered some Halloween costumes for my children to be collected in store, but hadn't heard anything for 8 days. Was panicking as we arranged a photo shoot, which was at 1:30. Went into store at 12:30 hopeful. It was manic in the store. One women was having ago at him as well as another member of staff but he kept his cool. He took my order number and was back within 2 minutes with my order. Had been delivered but not checked in, bottom of the pile but he saved the day! I'll be forever grateful. Thank you Andy!

Low qualification of staff. On the 24th December I bought an gift for my son. When collecting it turned out that I booked a collection at a different shop - 15 miles away from Witney. So I asked an Argos shop assistant - Luis - if he could switch my order from Kidlington collection to Witney. That man - Luis - just cancelled my order. Now I would need to wait 7 days for the money (£500) to hit my bank account. I never asked to cancel my order!!!! I know stupid things happen, but this was out of the line indeed. A very disappointing mishap on a Christmas eve.

I use to like this store and would drive here to do a bog shop but on my last few visits have felt that it has gone downhill with regard to stock, cleanliness and customer service. A real disappointment Sainsburys as you use to be a step above the rest.

Unfortunately with this health epidemic is almost impossible to shop anywhere. Restrictions should go across everyone, agree with open hours for elderly and vulnerable people, however, restrictions should apply too. Whoever goes after... all shelves have been cleared. Makes no sense the greed on people when stock was never an issue, people create chaos!!
