Official Photographer's at my Daughters graduation ceremony. The photographer was very professional and the family portrait was very good. However 11 months later I wanted to order a digital photo, preferably if they could email just the one family portrait. I emailed them in morning, but no reply until late after noon. so i rang and spoke to a male (can't remember his name). Anyway i was quoted £20 for just the 1 photo which they list as DIGITAL MEDIA that is posted on USB Memory stick. That is expensive. Anyway, that is their clear pricing, so i accept that. However what annoyed me (and reason for min 1-star) is that i was cutoff in the middle of conversation. I put that down to technical problem. When i called back i was just put on hold message for over 20 minutes. Was that deliberate! in conclusion photographer was top-notch, but Customer service was very poor ! ....But hold-on theirs a twist, because Mr Daniel just answered the phone and was excellent and sorted out the glare on the glasses for free...So just in nick of time, the rating will go up to 4...Bravo to Daniel!

Overpriced graduation clothing - old gowns, all creased and wrinkles, not packed. Photography service extremely disappointing - rushed, not professional advice on anything during the session (I had my gown twisted and they didn't even bother to tell you - no mirrors to see yourself either), overly edited photos (The graduate's face blurred out in comparison with the parent's face, so very fake looking like photos), and off course expensive - over £150.

Although their customer care service is slowish, when they finally respond the act on and deliver on requests in a timely manner.

Rubbish website, which solely seems geared towards graduation ceremonies and makes it impossible to buy any of their products. I wanted to buy a replacement gown and hood, having purchased my original set in 1980, but could not penetrate their obnoxious system. Awful.

Their clothes are very bad for the level of prestige they are targeting. Very out of date cut, almost 80s baggy suits. The materials are along similar lines. Frankly, I don't think they are good enough. Far too expensive for what they deliver. Not for me
