very unhelpfull staff would not shop at the haddenham branch again as i went with my mum to purchase a new jacket and they wouldn/t accept a 50 ponud note but they would accept my 20 pound note which they checked with a pen so why they couldnt do the same with the50 pound i dont know i thought money was printed by the bank to use not for show also iff the staff dont want to work there why dont they find another job
Absolutely rude staff and awful manager. Tried to buy a £220 coat and received no help whatsoever even when asked. Shame.
I always like to have a look in a Edinburgh Woollen mill shop
when in a place not been before and this was first time visiting Oxford
did not get anything so cannot say if the staff were friendly or helpful .
