Highly recommended. Came in with an extremely painful and immobile shoulder which is now as good as new. Things improved (and pain was less!) from the very first session; staff were friendly and the physio clearly knew what she was doing. Thank you :)

I was in terrible pain with sciatica. Two visits to Cerys and my back pain has gone. Thankyou ever so much. Acupuncture and massage has totally done the trick. Highly recommend.

Absolutely first class treatment here by Louise , I had a frozen shoulder and I couldn't believe it could be treated so successfully . I'm now pain free and sleeping normally again and my shoulder is now back to full mobility , excellent and highly recommended .

Where to start... if I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was referred by the GP for an assessment of back pain. Total Physio did two sessions and asked me to continue the treatment, so I paid them for 5 more sessions. After that I had no improvement so they agreed to refer me for an MRI. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so I chased the GP. GP said there was no record, so I called Total Physio and was told that this referral was done the day before. 3 weeks later, still nothing, so I chased the GP who called Total Physio, and it turns out they LIED to me and had not done the referral at all. Now, after 6 WEEKS they are referring it back to the GP so they can request the scan as they seem incapable of doing anything. Utterly ridiculous, this company should not be allowed to do NHS referrals and should be struck off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
