Vini is an awesome coach. Personalised PT sessions to suit your individual needs, structured sessions if you have events coming up or if you just want to get fit. Every session is different, fun and exciting. Specific running session to improve, weight sessions for strength and fun, challenging cardio workouts.
Also, massage therapy to improve mental health and movement for exercise.
I can't recommend Vini highly enough, I look forward to every session, knowing it will be a challenge, but also, that I am improving all the time. In my opinion, the PT/Coach/Therapist there is.
