Always a warm welcome, especially from Sam on reception. The vets and nurses are equally as concerned for your pets as you are. At these challenging times things are a little different, but respect for you and themselves is always paramount and they all try their best to make your visit as easy as possible. (I have had most of mine in the carpark as my fur baby is more comfortable). Thank you all for always being available to me.
Every employee I came into contact with was so lovely and really cared for my Saffron. It was so nice receiving a call the next day to make sure she was okay after her op. Thank you for your amazing service!
Good very helpful
Richard was extremely knowledgeable and knew straight away what was wrong with our dog. I'm extremely grateful and will recommend the practice. He was honest and listened to our concerns where other practices have let us down. We were seen the same day not made to wait 3 days and he clearly knew what he was doing. I'm so glad we decided to swap vets.
Claims that we've not paid despite the fact we'd paid in full and have the evidence to prove it. Harassing us with phone calls demanding a payment we've already made. Gives misleading information. Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Only used to get the vacs for life deal. Won't ever use them again.
Such a shame: the veterinaries there were lovely.
