Thanks for helping our poorly pooch recover. Current booking system works better than the usual drop in mode. Vet Aaron really good with our usually nervous dog.

I have been using this veterinary practice for over 20 years and have always found them to be caring and compassionate, however recently I feel you need to push for treatment outside of steroids and anti-biotics, the changes to the out of hours service had me very concerned as the nearest vets now is in Chesterfield, Nottingham city or Lincoln all of which are too far away in times when treatment is required out of hours, this turned out to be sadly too true when a family member to whom I had recommended this practice after 2 visits to the practice where no definitive diagnosis was made (not always simple I know) the animal became suddenly worse and emergency treatment sought the travelling time was over 45 minutes and this treasured pet died before reaching the Vets Now practice, I would urge the practice owners to re-think this situation or practice users to be very aware of what could potentially happen if their pets are in desperate need of attention, no-one would choose to take their animals to the vet on Sundays or late at night unless the need was great and suffering in pain and fear is not what anyone would choose for their pets
