Absolutely wonderful place. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The equipment is top notch. The prices are super reasonable. And of course the kayaking is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an adenture.
A fantastic three day canoe trip down the River Wye with equipment supplied by the team at Ultimate Canoe & Kayak. This adventure firm knows their stuff and offer great advice and support in planning your trip. We will be back next year to complete the next section of the river from Hereford. Highly recommended - they are there to help and point you in the right direction.
Tried to book it, called, were told to fill the form, already a bit funny as everything could be discussed and arranged during a call, then Fiona contacted me via email, we exchanged couple emails to confirm the details and she dissapeared. I sent one more email - no reply. Don't waste your time guys with that way of doing business, there is plenty companies with better customer service that won't waste your time.

Had a great experience with this company. Rob and Kerry were very well organised, lovely friendly bunch and our kids had a great 1.5 hour SUP lesson. Great range of equipment, excellent location, great communication before and during our session. Can’t fault it. We will be back for another lesson and for the kids to learn some more SUP skills and tricks.
