I sent an email asking if their Plains Road surgery could look after our cat, who has just been diagnosed with early heart disease.
I was hoping for a quick, professional and positive response after reading such good reviews.
2 weeks went by and nothing. I sent a chaser email, nothing. Called the surgery and heard a recorded message asking people to email first if not urgent. Quite shocked I drew the lady's attention to the recorded message request and I asked if they'd seen my email. The lady knew nothing about it and asked me to resend, which I did straight away.
Guess what...at least 3 weeks later, still no response.
If you do eventually find my email and want to get back to me, please don't. You've we'll and truly burnt your bridges. To say I'm gobsmacked is the understatement of all time!
My puppy had some health issues and so far they've been more than helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is covered even during the lockdown. Could not have asked for a better vet! Big thanks to Andrew :)
Excellent service with friendly staff at both Carlton & Mapperley surgeries. Would recommend anyone with pets looking for a veterinary centre to book here.
We have attended Oak House Vets since 1973 with our lovely cats & dogs,.All of the staff are so kind & caring, and work very hard, and are dedicated to helping sick animals get better, wouldn't go any where else. Don't know what we would do without these very expert individuals.xx
Amazing, after phoning the rspca about an injured cat and them not being able to come and help it these vets took the cat in straight away even tho it was so last minute!
