Very happy with Arnold & Carlton Vet Center. Ben has always shown compassion towards my dog and has been caring for him for the past 5 years. I trust his integrity and advice and I feel my dog is in the best hands. He really cares about animals and it shows in his professionalism. Would highly recommend him. He is straight forward and honest and has his heart in the right place.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done for our dog recently. It has been a tough time but with their expertise, care and support he has made a remarkable recovery! He developed an horrendous wound on his paw, which quickly broke down to a point we thought it would never heal and one of our options was to amputate the toe!!!! However with the use of the k-laser treatment the wound has healed really quickly. A fast and pain free treatment that has had a dramatic result.

I would recommend Ben to anybody who needs a vet, in January he diagnosed our wonderful dog with cancer and was so supportive, he thoroughly explained treatments that were available and gave his thoughts. He was so kind when the terrible time came to have her put to sleep and supported us through it. We had no pressure whatsoever to settle our bill and we received a sympathy card from him and the Team.

Really disappointed. We have had similar experiences with both our ducklings and lovebird. Advertised as an avian vet but just tells you you can be referred to someone in Wiltshire for over £300..as though trying to put you off having any treatment at all. We were willing to help our duckling who had been struggling to walk and wanted treatment or advice on how to make him better.. Which is why people go to a vet in the first place. Was told to take the ducks back and swap them because they'd be to much hassle! Whether I cared for them or someone else, they still need looking after. We have built a bond with our 2 babies and we were told it could be lack of calcium but not worth the money or time because ducks should be easy. After getting a 2nd opinion with a poultry vet, our poorly duck has sprung back to life with the supplements he needed and is thriving. If your pet is loved and you want care for them that they deserve, please look elsewhere.

Enjoyed going here for 10 yrs I’ve brought my dog Sandy and my cat Pudding here Ben has always gave me the correct advice and been very professional I bought a canary here a few years back Ben was very honest and told me to send it back to the breeder as it wasn’t well when I bought him so I listened he was very sympathetic and understood why I was upset I was abit sad but I understood why. people shouldn’t give him a bad wrap as his false depiction of his image recommend coming here as over time you get to know him as vet . Thanks Ben the best Vet in Nottingham
