I have been a client of Medivet Sherwood for the last four years, and up to now I have not had any reason to complain about their service. That was until recently when my cat lost her life as a result of complications following a simple surgery that was carried out there. When asked for an explanation of what had gone wrong, the reply I received from Medivet Sherwood was simply “Sometimes that happens”. For me this is not enough - it provides no closure, no reassurance that steps are being taken to prevent it happening again to another pet, and it definitely will not bring back life of my cat. If you love your pets, please think twice before you decide to place them in the "care" of the so-called specialists
from Medivet Sherwood.
Very professional kept me well informed about the operation.From the reassuring voice on the reception desk right through to the vet and nurses all very friendly and lovely to my little boy Hugo.
Lovely, caring and compassionate staff. Previous vets we were at wanted to do much more invasive (and costly) treatment, however turns out this was not needed at all and we have happy pets and happy humans
