This veterinary centre was recommended to me by a friend. All the communication with them has been professional, friendly and reassuring.
I have only had one visit for my cat for a dental but I felt she was in good hands.
On handover, the nurse was amazing - really calm, friendly and patient and clear with instructions for follow up care.
I really feel confident that my cat was cared for, the follow up advice was clear and my cat was not in any distress.

We've been coming here with our German Shepherd for the past six years. We used to use another vet with out previous dogs but wanted to change when we got our rescue boy Kaiser. We won't consider any other vets, the staff here are excellent and really care about the animals and service they provide. Their Covid routine is completely appropriate. If you're thinking of taking your pets to this vet, I would highly recommend them.
Under the current circumstances, I think my experience here was about as good as it can be. You can't go in the building, you have to phone to say you're there and a vet comes out to see you and takes your animal inside. It wasn't too cold and it wasn't raining, so no problem. However what my opinion would be on a cold wet winters day, I can only guess at.
Used this place for many years looking after our cat Max. Now looking after pet new dog Daisy
Excellent service. Took recently my cat for a dental and everything went so well.
