My dog is very nervous when going to the vets. I requested that we were seen in the car park outside and the appointment took place as requested. Jen and the nurse were extremely sensitive to my dog's needs and were able to administer the necessary treatment quickly and professionally. I am very grateful for this.
This Vet shop was great. Our cat was travel sick, but just asking if they had anything at all for a sick pet, they gave us anything we needed and then they looked after him. The service was quite quick as soon as the pet goes in, but depending on if the place is busy or not, you could be waiting for up to 20 to 30 minutes to be seen. This isn't something they could really help, but due to long waiting times, it's a 4 out of 5, but a 5 start rating for their services.
Bit of a weird experience with the current situation (you call from the car park and they come and collect your pet) but all seems to be handled really well. My cat was examined and treated really well. The bill was quite high for medicines available to purchase for a few pounds but I know the majority of the cost was for the vets time and expertise.
Absolutely shocking after almost 13 years at my previous vets with no issues and changing to here it was a nightmare the staff I came into contact were unprofessional and do not tell the truth they don't care only about money and targets. I have met so many people with who have had faced terabble experiences when taking their pets here after. If you complain your a target I should of read reviews before.
AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST
The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the care given to Tiger was above and beyond. I can’t thank the team enough for everything and Tiger has made a speedy recovery :) I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who will listen. Thanks again Tiger and his family
