Clean, well laid out store.

On a minus-
The sales assistant could not tell us the price of an unlabelled product on the shop floor,
It will take just over four weeks to transfer a product from another store unless we go to pick it up ourselves.
I had a problem finding enough of a discontinued tile range, and Robin in the Witney branch could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I found all the tiles I needed which involved 4 stores.
In the end I actually bought them at other branches, but Robin had held tiles at Witney that I thought might be the right colour, but in the end weren't. Excellent service. Thank you.
Helpful hardworking staff seem to spend a lot of time battling with the slow computer system!
