Highly recommended!
Colin was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my front door was working properly. He was very knowledgeable and is all about helping people, not out there to rip them off. I cant praise him enough for his excellent service. We will defiantly be using his services again next time we need a locksmith.
I have to say that it's just about the best service I have received in years. Friendly, polite and an expert on his craft. Got our front door lock sorted and I literally can't fault the service. Splendid, definitely highly recommended!
I called Colin this morning as we had a problem with our back door gear box. Over the phone he was able to ascertain what the problem likely was and give me a good estimate to the cost to replace the unit. Colin arrived on the time agreed and got straight to work rectifying the door and giving advice for future. He was clean, tidying up any mess around the area and was happy to take a look at our front door, adjusting the alignment at no extra cost, as we had been having slight issues over the past few months. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely use again/recommend.
