Clare at Cotswold Physiotherapy has provided treatment for both me and my husband several times over the past few years and I've been so impressed and pleased with her knowledge, experience and ability to diagnose and treat our various aliments (torn ligaments, strained muscles, lower back pain and shoulder pain). I would not hesitate in recommending her services.

I have received physiotherapy treatment from Clare at Cotswold Physiotherapy for torn ligaments in the shoulder and for a herniated disc in the lumber spine. Both issues were very painful and significantly impacting my ability to work and relax. I had the benefit of MRI scans to understand a little about my problems before my first physio session, but on my first appointment Clare was able to fully explain what was causing my pain and described how a combination of physiotherapy sessions and an exercise plan would help me progress and overcome the problems. After each session, I could feel the benefit and combined with the exercise my conditions have improved. The shoulder was treated using Shockwave Therapy which I hadn't heard of before. The results are amazing, and after 3 sessions I have now improved my shoulder mobility from about 30% to about 80%. I'm now certain I'll reach 100% mobility and be pain-free in no time. I would highly recommend Cotswold Physiotherapy to anyone. Clare is a very experienced physio, is personable ,and has helped me understand the improvements that are being made. Thank you!!
