I have 6 cats and a dog and they have been fantastic with all of them. The walk in is great as you can go when you need too not when you can get them in. You can check wait times on the website as well which is great. All the staff are lovely too. Highly recommend. Update. During lockdown one of my cats Boris became critically ill. He had a stroke and a blood clot and I really did think I was going to loose him. Debbie the senior vet took ownership of his case and pulled him through. Heather on reception was kind and caring when it looked like I might have to make the decision none of us want to make. Due to their care Boris is now 21 weeks passed his stroke. He is happy and healthy and that is due to the care he got at a time when many vets simply shut up shop. Thank you everyone Boris owes you his life.

It was a really busy weekend and the level of service was still amazing, the staff work so hard but still have time to talk. I wouldn't go anywhere else. People are always quick to complain but not so quick to say how brilliant these people are. Well done The Vet for being "AMAZING" and thank you for looking after my babies so well

Reggie my 3 year old cavapoo was attacked by another dog at the park last week . I rushed him into The Vet without calling as I was in total shock! The receptionist was brilliant and immediately took Reggie off me, and the other receptionist sat me down and got me a cup of tea and a biscuit cause I was shaking. The receptionist was really helpful and told me that Reggie was now being looked at by the Vet, and he would come and speak to me. I was such a mess! The Vet went through everything really well and told me all about his injuries and what treatment was needed. They kept him in for the day to give him some fluids cause he was in shock. He had a few puncture wounds around his neck, he was very very lucky. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my Reggie so well. Outstanding Service

I have had many vets over the years and I have to say that this is my favourite. The staff are lovely and always happy to go the extra mile. They have been fantastic during the covid19 outbreak. My pup needed some medical treatment and they kept the clinic running as much as possible allowed by government rules. I really can not recommend them enough!

Took my Darcy here a couple of weeks back as she wasn't feeling too good. I'm delighted to say that after a few worrying weeks, she is all better! The team here were great and gave us a very clear treatment plan from the start after diagnosing her problem. Thank you to everyone at the vet Nottingham
