Always a kind and friendly reception from all staff, the vets are kind to the animals and explain procedures and treatments in detail. Always a friendly face. Covid19 has changed the way you see the vet as we cannot go into the surgery, the vets/nurses come to you and if needs be take your pet for a consultation, on return they explain and advise on what they found. Vets4pets Beeston Nottingham is always welcoming and kind.

Excellent speedy service. Reception staff superb and helpful. Special mention to the wonderful Veterinary Nurse and her caring nature and patience .

Absolutely poor customer service. Very abrupt on the phone and don’t seem to help offer solutions or advice when resolving an issue. Appreciate they are busy, but you should still take the time to make sure the customer is happy not trying to fob them off.

This place is magic!" Can't recommend enough!" I have been registered with this company 6 years now and no complaints what so ever! Service is good. They are extremely polite, helpful and and in my opinion treat all animals with expert loving care and attention. Vets4pets you get my vote of approval "everytime! Keep up the good work 😊👌

I called first thing 8:30 as my dog had a fit and was told that the vet would get back to me ASAP as my dog really wasn’t well. I hadn’t received a call by 1pm so called to ask if there was a rough time or an alternative to get my dog seen and I was met with a rude and not at all helpful response with little to no empathy of the situation. I fully appreciate that they are busy and times are hard at the moment but in the same breath I’m a concerned pet own dealing with a situation for the first and looking for some direction. It’s not like he needs flea treatment or his nails clipping he had a very bad fit which hasn’t happened before and to be met with no understating or empathy at all is not what I expected. Also being new to the area and the vets this isn’t a very good first impression and makes me wish I’d never left the netherfield branch where all the staff are amazing.
