Vets are fantastic. They look after your pets as if they were their own.
Nurses are lovely as are most of the staff. Unfurtunatley that's where the good times end. Prices keep climbing and not by a little. We pay monthly to keep his jabs up to date and 6 monthly worming and fleeing. We have had one worming treatment, no flee treatment and not a single booster jab. Max is suppose to be having some teeth removed. Which has led to over £500 on tests to find nothing is wrong, despite being told something was. This last one was quoted as being £260 top end and ended up being £330. This is a regular occurance and to be honest it gets a little frustrating when you have to plan these things. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this complaint.
I have to add, after challenging them on this they have agreed to deduct some costing but I feel its too little too late.
Great vets. Caring. Good payment packages available. Puppy pack includes the squeakiest ball ever. Looked after our elderly labrador and 2 cats. Now looking after our puppy.
Staff are always so polite and friendly, I know my dog is in safe hands there, wouldn't take her anywhere else
First visit with my 3 month old pup. Friendly, courteous, professional, reassuring, careing and helpful. All of this whilst maintaining Covid protocols. I highly recommend this practice.
