I've been using them for a number of years on several vehicles. There have been two specific occasions when they could have very easily and reasonably charged me more than they did. They are also polite and helpful when you're in a crisis.

A week after my MOT I noticed a rattling and burning smell from the engine, on inspection the plastic cover over the oil etc had been unscrewed and left off/just balancing on top of the engine - meaning it had then slipped behind the engine, got itself wedged and was starting to burn, obviously from the heat of driving! It’s burnt out some of my cars electrics as well as needing looking at in case any pipes have been damaged, meaning a whole heap of money I don’t have to sort a problem that wouldn’t even exist had I have not taken my car there! Will not be returning after this experience. Just to note, the cover has NEVER came off in the past, nor do I see any reason 4 screws would suddenly unscrew themselves. I am the only person who looks in my engine and I had only been in there a couple of weeks before the MOT to top up the windscreen water, the cover was very much secured at that point.
