AVOID!! I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I experienced such shockingly poor customer service and bad attitude from a person/company. I was polite and made a reasonable request to find out where my order was as I've not received it (a common problem it seems) and was just met with bad attitude, no apologies or manners full stop. My advice , shop elsewhere, there are better company's out there for sourcing smart parts, I wish I had read the other reviews before making a purchase myself!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Wrong item sent. They don’t reply to emails. They put the phone down on me twice saying they were too busy to discuss the issue I had. I left my phone number twice for them to return my call but they didn’t. Eventually I got my refund, however, they didn’t pay for the return postage which I think is unacceptable.

I have always chosen to support the smaller, independent companies, rather than use the main dealers when it comes to buying parts and servicing. So i had high hopes when i placed my first couple of orders with Smart stuff. Took over 6 weeks to get my parts, after constantly chasing them up. Emails don't get answered, phone calls never get returned and it seems like they just operate at their own speed, in their own little bubble. The most frustrating buying experience I have ever had in 15 years of driving and fixing cars. When I did eventually get my parts, there were 4 screws missing. I have decided to cut my losses and order those from Mercedes, rather than chase them up and have another potential 6 weeks of frustration! For what it's worth, the people I dealt with at Smart stuff were always very polite, it's just a shame that their service was so annoyingly slow. I wouldn't buy from them again.

XXX AVOID Complete scam company, ordered a plug, for a MHD smart, after waiting for 20 days and over 40 phone calls, asking for a tracking number, none was ever provided, Just get put on hold, and they cant get hold of the person dealing with it, AVOID XXX
