Very friendly and down to earth to deal with. They had genuine sympathy and were very helpful with my fathers funeral. Yet were very professional and carried out the proceedings with dignity and respect.

I found the company to be very unhelpful and have no empathy to me as my fathers only son. I suffer with mental health issues and no care or consideration was taken on board to work with me through my mental health issues as the son of my father who was in there care. I found the staff and the mindset of the business to show no diversity or equality for difference, which extremely offensive to people with mental health issues or for anybody with protected characteristics. I am a highly educated man and a intellectual however I was spoken to like a person with learning disabilities who could not communicate with others due to them being aware of my mental health issues, as if almost to say that people with mental health issues are slow or unintelligent. I found the chapel of rest very basic and down trodden, if I died I would hate to be kept there, the whole experience seemed extremely processed.

My family would like to thank Philip Tom & Sons for all their help in the sad time today when we had to say goodbye to Alwyn James Phillips a much missed Husband /Father/Gramps/Great Gramps.Nothing was too much trouble and the organisation on the day was perfect.I would recommend to anybody to get in touch with them to organise all that is needed for their sad day Thankyou again to you all Jean- David- Debbie-Tara-Kelly and Elleesha Phillips
